The Iron Giant

Lately, I've been trying to break out of plain posing shots and pin-ups and tried to incorporate my usual fan art oriented stuff with exercises on issues that I need to work on. Like with this piece, for example, I was first and foremost thinking about a rehearsal on perspective and architecture design (as outrageously imaginative as those blocky buildings are  ) but since I didn't want it to be just a shot of random houses and rooftops, I added something we can all latch onto a little better, and that's The Iron Giant, with little Hogarth in the foreground.
