Paulie and Mickey

First time trying out that "woodcarving" style of rendering. Tricky thing! Takes guts to start running all those lines across that carefully drawn face. Also, if you chicken out and stop halfway you can ruin it. But if you go all the way with it, it's exactly what you're looking for.
It's a good thing Burgess Meredith's face in Rocky is so featureless. No noticable wrinkles , droopy eyelids or funny moustache. The paper was so completely white after drawing him I was to resort to a bit of a different technique.
